In any event that you or a family member falls ill or has an emergency, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Please be mindful of other clients & the artist’s time.
Please do not come into your appointment I’ll for it is to protect other clients and your lash artist.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. Before your appointment, come ready with clean makeup free lashes. Intake forms will be filled out before your service.
If you are late for your appointment, time may not be extended & full service price will still be required.
When booking an appointment a credit or debit card is required. A confirmation message will be sent to your email or phone for your reserved time.
Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours before your reserved time to ensure your time is protected.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your reserved time you WILL be charged 50% of your appointed service.
Sickness & Family Emergency
If you have been lashed by another artist it’s very common. However, there may be a consultation required before the service begins.
Depending on the condition of the natural lash & extension set, the previous set may be removed & redone. A fresh Set will then be applied & charged as a full.
